They say the grass is always greener on the other side & at this time of the year with all the rain we have had, yes the grass is greener on the other side. Cows cannot keep up with the growth. Alan cannot keep the John Deere up with the mowing, but we are heading into another year of hope & excitement. |

In a couple of weeks we turn the soil of our indoor heated magnesium pool. The process has been exhausting at times and we are only 12 months behind schedule. Permits, planning, water authorities, amendments, more water authorities, more council applications & more delays. And don’t get me started on the builder, I know he is good...but the process...everyone is busy, yes we know, they have other jobs to finish, again...we know, but finally we are moving forward. It will be a quick build; we have everything ready and waiting in the shed. Thank goodness we built a big shed. My husband Alan said "We need to build the biggest shed we can", I think it’s to store all the high quality junk he just cannot part with!! But, I think that’s a bloke thing. We ladies only keep what we need!!! |
